O, brother, where art thou?

---another movie of great depression----
This movie is about 3 prisoners who run away from jail. They were trying to jump up on the train while it was running! ( it's like in the movie i saw in the class!) however, they missed it because of the chain that hold three of them together ( if one of them fell down, others two also would).... then they walk along the railway and saw one old man on a swing cart, they hopped on with him and ran away to the town.
The leader of the group named everette, he told his friends name pete and delma that there are a treasure that could make them richer than anyone. The truth is that everette just wanna ran away to his wife because she said that she will get married again soon.
Three of them go to see thier one friend and sleep over in his barn, in the middle of the night, the police came to them because their friend betrays them. Their friend needs money to pay back the bank. however, they could run away.
on the way, they do so many things such as singing ( they got $10 each from that) . They sing pretty well and that song was so hit!......after that they went to everette's house and met his wife and daugthers. The police found them on the way they r walking to a house, everette prays to god and suddenly there was a flood!. Three of them survive from getting execute again and they thought that it was a miracle!
well i love this movie because of the facts that i saw in the movie are match with what i've seen in the movie that ajarn showed me in class. During the depression, friends could betray one another just because of money. Women find new husband while her ex husband was in jails and away from home. People borrow money from bank and cannot pay it back. Children are brave enough to drive a car and help the prisoners get away. These are something that occurs most in depression period.
Another reason why i love this movie because jorge cooney haha well, i love the song that he sings. It's fun and easy to listen!! umm i wish he could have sing more than one :)
